WIFE GRANTED DIVORCE

PETITION AT HAMILTON [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Monday A dissolution of lxer marriage with Arthur Louis Peters was sought by May Peters (Mr. N. S. Johnson) in the Supreme Court, Hamilton, to-day, 011 the ground of misconduct. Evidence was given that the parties were married in January, 1920, and there was one child. As a result of a disagreement they separated in December, 1931. Last February respondent returned from the South Island in company with a young woman with whom lie had been living. Mr. Justice Herdman issued a decree nisi, to be moved absolute in threemonths.
