SHIPMENT AT DUNEDiN ORDER BY BAKERY FIRMS [by telegraph—own correspondent] DUXEDIX, Monday Included in the cargo landed here fiom the City of Tokio was 103 tons of flour from the United States of America consigned to several large bakery firms in the city. It is stated by the bakers concerned that the flour is to be used for the purpose of mixing with New- Zealand flour in order to raise the quality of the bread, as Dominion wheat is rather too soft and dark to produce flour of the highest grade. The price of the flour landed at Dunedin bakehouses is £l6 6s a ton, and it is understood that the duty payable on it is about £2 a ton.
