PREVENTION BY GERMANY DRASTIC LEGISLATION (Received June 11, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, June 10 A new "economic treason" law to discourage the flight of capital and evasion of taxes imposes sentences ol from one to 10 years' imprisonment on Germans who evade making a declaration of their property or capital abroad or foreign currency exceeding 1000 marks. Foreigners also will be liable.
