Turpentine.—6ls 9d (61s) a cwt. SALES OF RABBITSKINS At the London rabbitskin sales 2600 wero offered and 920 wero sold. Hatters' sorts wero in good demand and advanced 20 per cent, compared with March 23. Furriers' were neglected. A few bucks were offered and realised very high prices. AUSTRALIAN PEARS SHIPMENT TO CANADAWINNIPEG, June 2 The first shipment of Australian pears under the trade treaty with Canada arrived to-day. None was distributed among retailers, but wholesale merchants say the fruit is in fine condition and predict & ready sale for it.
