ELECTION OF OFFICERS The loth annual meeting of the Birkenhead Borough Band was held last evening. Mr. .J. Macdonald presided. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. These showed that the present. strength of the band was 2(5. The liabilities for instruments and uniforms were reduced from £192 to £169. Assets exceeded liabilities by £126.
