NEW WORLD'S RECORD (Received May 21, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN". May 20 Ernst Heune to-day established a world's record with a motor-cycle. He attajned a speed of 141 miles an hour over five kilometres and with a sidecar 124$ miles an hour.
