THE BEECHLANDS HERD TOP PRICE OF I/O GUINEAS [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, 'Wednesday Tho sale of Messrs. A. Moreland and Sons' Beechlands pedigree Jerseys by Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Company, Limited, was very largely attended. Buyers were present from all parts of the Dominion, and bidding was spirited. The 54 pedigree Beechlands Jerseys sold averaged 48 guineas. v Among the best prices realised and the principal buyers were the follow-ing-'—Beechland's Queen Maid, Di'. G. Walker, Whangarei, 170 guineas; Beechlands Blossom, Mr. H. Lancaster, Palmerston North, 165 guineas; Beechland's Promise, Mr. J. Jameson, Masterton, 130 guineas; Beechlands Necklace, Mr. J. Jameson,. Masterton, 'B6 guineas; Beechlands Tiara, Mr. F. Phillips, Otorohanga, 80 guineas; Beechlands Gloria, Dr. G. Walker, Whangarei, 80 guineas;. Beechlands Darkie, Mr. J. Jameson, Masterton, 80 guineas.
