SEVEN MEN AT DUNEDIN

Chinese premises at Carroll Street, where it was alleged,that a pakapoo lottery was being conducted, were raided by the police to-night. Seven Chinese were arrested.
At a special sitting of the Police Court late to-night, before the Rev. Bryan King, J.P., Charlie Wong was charged with keeping a common gaming house, Sing Ling and Wing Ling with assisting in conducting the house, and Sew Hong, Ah Young, Chiit Hon and Chin Yet with being found on the premises.
Accused were remanded to appear tomorrow morning. '
