SITTING AT TE KUITI [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TE KUITI, Tuesday A sitting of the Native Land Court opened at Te Kuiti this morning. The commissioner, Mr. G. R. Earle, announced that he would preside over the Court this week and that the Court would adjourn next Friday until June 6, when Judge McCormick, who is on sick leave, will continue the session.

In addition to numerous succession and partition cases, the calendar includes several contested will cases.
