TREATMENT OF CASES New proposals regarding the treatment of maternity cases were received at a meeting of tho Auckland Hospital Board yesterday from tho Director-Gen-eral of Health, Dr. M. H. Watt. It is proposed to make St. Helens Hospital the centre for treating all cases previously admitted to tho Auckland Hospital, with ono exception, and also to make the former hospital accoutre for ante-natal work. Jt is also proposed to treat as many cases as possible in private homes and the board was asked to provide transport for a SU Helens district. sister.
