TORNADO IN AMERICA
HEAVY CASUALTY LIST FIVE TOWNS DAMAGED (Received May 2, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Ma.y ] A message from Shreveport, Louisiana, states that 81 people were killed to-day and more than 1000 injured in a tornado which swept sections of Arkansas and Louisiana. At Minden 68 were killed and scores injured. Five towns were damaged.
