RURAL CREDITS SYSTEM
CONFERENCE IN NORTH FIXTURE FOR JUNE [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday At the monthly meeting of the Rural Intermediates Credits Board, the chairman said that last j'ear the board arranged a series of conferences of cooperative rural intermediate credit associations and representatives of the board, and these proved an unqualified success. The only district not covered by such a conference was the North Auckland district. The board was now arranging such a conference, to be held at Whangarei early in Juno, to which would bo invited representatives from six associations having their headquarters in North Auckland and the members of the North Auckland District Rural Intermediate Credit Board. The conference, which will be presided over by Mr. J. N. Massey, M.P., a member of the board, and which will also be attended by the deputy commissioner of Bural Intermediate Credit, Mr. Snell, will afford associations an opportunity ofi discussing matters of difficulty arising out of the administration of the system, and should stimulate the expansion of the board's lending operations.
