EX-SOLDIERS' REUNION
___ «•- A reunion was held by the Birkenhead Ex-Servicemen's Association on Saturday evenitig. The patron, l)r. W. Craven, presided. In proposing tno toast of "Absent Comrades, the chairman referred to the recent death of Mr. T. S. Miller, a member of tho executive of the Auckland Unturned Soldiers' Association. Tho chairman hoped the president and executive would again offer their services at tho annual meeting, and that the secretary and treasurer, Messrs. J. W. Canty and E. J. Spencer, would reconsider their decisions to retire.
