Litvinoff, stated in an interview with tho British Ambassador, Sir Esmond Ovey, that the trial of the employees of tho Metropolitan Vickers Company would certainly tako place, regardless of any action by Britain. It is understood M. Litvinoff asserted that a study of tho case by tho public prosecution, revealed sufficient incriminating evidence to make tho trial of tho Britons unavoidable. It is known that Sir Esmond Ovey presented the British views in an extremely vigorous manner.
