OVATION FROM CROWD (Received March 21). 9.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Mnrnh 28 The King drove in state to-day to St. James' Palace, where ho held the second levee of the season. His Majesty wore a field-marshal's uniform. He was bareheaded and without a great coat. Ho was cheered by a large crowd.
