[from our. OWN' cqbbespoxcext] HAMILTON, Wednesday There was a satisfactory attendance of members at the iirsfc meeting of tha 'Workers' Educational Association's Drama Club in Hamilton last evening. Three short plays, "The Autocrat," "Philanthropy" and "Local Colour," wero read. The author of "Local Colour" is Miss May Scott, of Pirongia, and her j day describes the life of a woman in tho New Zealand back blocks. Two groups were formed for the study I of modern tendencies in music, art and literature, and drama and opera.
