CHARGE OF PERJURY

FURTHER REMAND GRANTED [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, "Wednesday A further remand until April 12 was granted by Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., in the Hamilton Police Court to-day in the case in which Samuel Hoskins, aged 21. was charged with perjury. Detective-Sergeant Thompson said that one witness was in hospital and two were engaged on a case in another Court. Bail was renewed.
