CANCELLATION REFUSED NEW SOUTH WALES POSITION (Received March 24, 8.35 p.m.) MELBOURNE, March 24 The full Arbitvation Court 'to-day declined to accede to an application by the New South Wales Government to cancel the existing tramway and railway awards. The Court held that only by legislation could the present unsatisfactory system of conflicting dual control of railway and industrial regulation by the Commonwealth and tho State Courts bo ended.
