BUTTER TRADE ASPECT DOMINIONS URGE EXPANSION LONDON. March 22 The Daily Herald states that during the discussions on the butter situation, which wero resumed to-day, the representatives of the Dominions protested strongly against the British Government's proposed restriction of their exports instead of trying to increase Britain's purchasing power. They asked point-blank if the Government intended at an early date to initiate large-scale work schemes.
