NEW DETROIT BANK
WASHINGTON, March 21 The formation of a new bank, the National Bank of Detroit, with a capita of 25,000.000 dollars, was announced today by the United States Reconstruction Corporation and Mr. Albert P. Sloan, president of the General Motors Corporation.
