ELECTION SURPRISE
SYDNEY WATER BOARD SIR T. HENLEY DEFEATED SYDNEY, Feb. 24 Sir Thomas Henley is one of four sitting members who lost their seats in the Water Board election. He had been a member of the board for 30 years continuously and his defeat by Air. J. Cross, Alayor of Alanly, has caused great surprise.
