TWO HOURS' STRIKE
POSTMEN IN PARIS —r ./ TRAMS AND BUSES HALTED , I-'ARIS, Feb. 20 As a protest against cuts in wages, the Paris postmen carried out a two-hours' strike to-day. The operators of telephone* and telegraphs ceased work at 11 a.m., causing extreme dislocation. At the busiest period of the day buses and trains halted abruptly in the middle of streets for 10 minutes. The underground railways were not affected.
