BIG LITERARY CONTRACT (Received February 21, 5.35 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 21 The Daily Telegraph says it understands that Mr. Winston Churchill has agreed to write a history of the Englishspeaking peoples of 400,000 words. Cassells are to pay more than £20,000 for the copyright.
