440 YARDS FREE STYLE AMERICAN'S PERFORMANCE WASHINGTON. Fob. 9 Jack Medica, of the Washington Athletic Club, beat Artie Borg's 440 yards free style swimming record at a gala in Seattle this evening, under the auspices of his club arid the Vancouver Amateur Swimming Club. Medica's time was 4.22 2-5, or 30s better tljan Borg'a record.
