FAR EAST DISPUTE
JAPANESE PROPOSALS STATUS OF MANCHUKUO GENEVA, Feb. 9 The Committee of Nineteen of the League of Nations, at a meeting held to deal with the latest Japanese proposals in connection with the Manchuria dispute, decided to ask Japan whether she would unequivocally agree that the existing regime in Manchukuo does riot solve the problem.
