LOWEST POINT FOR 34 YEARS WASHINGTON, Jan. 19 Farm wages in the United States have dropped to their lowest point for thirtyfour years, according to the Department of Agriculture. They now range between 40 cents (at par Is 8d) and 1 dollar 75 cents, 7s 3jd a day, with bdard.
