WOMAN AS MINISTER
AMERICAN POSSIBILITY VANCOUVER, Jan. 22 Miss Frances Perkins, of New York, may become America's first woman Cabinet Minister. She is regarded as Mr. Roosevelt's probable choice as Secretary for Labour, and her appointment will form a parallel with Miss Margaret Bondfield, who was Britain's Minister for Labour from 1929 -to 1931, and the first woman member of the British Cabinet.
