THE HIGH COMMISSIONER
A MONTH'S HOLIDAY [from our own correspondent] LONDON, Dec. 23 Tho New Zealand Government has granted the High Commissioner one month's holiday leave as a sequel to the extension of his term of office by a further year. He hopes to take his month s respite in March and to spend it in the United lvingdcm. Tho High Commissioner for South Africa, Mr. te Water, has been accorded four months' liuve by the Union of South Africa oil the completion of three years period of official duty here, arid has gone to visit his country, accompanied by Mrs. te Water.
