ALLEGED ESPIONAGE
RUMANIAN SENSATION POSTAL EMPLOYEES ARRESTED (Received January 29. 5.5 p.m.) BUCHAREST. Jan. 28 A sensation was created early this morning when troops surrounded the General Post Office and arrested 21 employees accused of espionage. It is alleged that the Post Office is honeycombed with spies who have been opening Government correspondence and sending copies to the Bulgarian border.
