TOURING FARMERS
WELCOME TO ROTORUA IMPRESSIONS OF COUNTRY [by telegraph—OWN* correspondent] ROTORTTA, Saturday Tho party of Australian farmers who are making a tour of New Zealand were welcomed to Kotorua by the Mayor, Mr. T. Jackson, at a Maori concert given by the Arawa cunccrt party last evening. Mr. J. Anderson, on behalf of the party, said they were greatly impressed by what they had seen in New Zealand and by the way they had been received.
Yesterday tho party visited Taupo and the Geyser Valley at Wairakei on their way from Hawke's Bay and also saw the thermal attractions at Whakarewarewa.
