REORGANISATION SCHEME PREPARING FOR PROSPERIH ROME, Jan. 22 The Italian Cabinet has decided to create an Institute of Industrial Reconstruction with the object of technically and financially reorganising industries hit by the depression, in order to be in readiness for a return of prosperity.
The scheme provides for a loan for the depressed industries and also for £944,000 a year for 20 years to assist in the winding up of moribuni concerns without undue distress to creditors.
