FURNITURE OF METAL PRESIDENT DOUMER LAUNCHED PARIS, Jan. 22 The new 15,000-ton oil burner of the Messageries Maritimes Line, the President Doumer, to carry 900 passengers and 200 of a crew, has been launched. All the furniture of the liner is to be made of metal as a precaution against fire.
