PERSIA AND BRITAIN
CANCELLED CONCESSION CASE BEFORE THE LEAGUE (Received January 23, 5.5 p.m.) GENEVA, Jan. 22 A Persian memorandum to the League of Nations expresses the hope that relations with Britain will be unimpaired. The Persian Government contends that the Anglo-Persian Oil Company, whose concession was cancelled, has not invoked the Law Courts, and that Article 15 is not applicable.
