VICAR OF OPOTIKI
REV. C. G. SALT INDUCTED WELCOME BY PARISHIONERS [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] OPOTIKI, Monday ' Bishop Williams, Bishop of Waiapu, inducted the Rev. C. G. Salt as the new vicar of St. Stephen's Church, Opotiki, yesterday morning, there being a very impressive service. The church was packed last evening to heaj i;he new vicar preach. Mr. Salt was welcpmed by parishioners at a social this evening.
