BIBLE CLASS CONFERENCE SUMMER SCHOOL AT PAERATA Senior representatives and leaders of Methodist Bible classes throughout the Dominion concluded a summer school of four days' duration at Wesley College. Paerata, yesterday. Eighty members attended, under the chairmanship of Mr. G. C. Burton, of Wellington. Mrs. E. S. Harkness, of Onehunga, was camp hostess, and 'the Rev. A. Mcßean, of Mount Albert, was in charge of the general camp activities. The programme was comprehensive, and included daily study circles and open forums. There were also interesting social events. The addresses given included those by the Rev. Dr. C. H. Laws, of Auckland, the Rev. W. T. Blight, of Auckland, and Mr. 0. E. Burton, of the Wesley College staff. Open discussions wore led by tha Rev. E. P. Blamires, school organiser, and Miss P. Grant, of Waihi, and a discussion on worship was conducted by Mrs. O. E. Burton. The llev. G. I. Laurenson, of Te Kuiti, was the preacher at the Sunday service in the college chapel. On Saturday afternoon, a picnic at Clarke's Beach, on the ManukaU Harbour, was largely attended.
