LATE J. M. BLACKHAM
CRICKETERS AT FUNERAL / ENGLISH TEAM REPRESENTED (Received December 29. 10.55 p.m.) MELBOURNE. Dec. 29 Cricketers, former players and sportsfnen crowded St. Paul's Cathedral to-day for the funeral of J. M. Blackham. the former famous international cricketer. The. service was conducted by Canon Hti<;hes, Who is president of the Victorian ' Cricket Association, and Mr. Justice Motile. who is a former international test player. The touring English team was represented by the manager, Mr. P. F. Warner, find Mr. Palairet. Ihe only surviving member of the first £ -Australian test team, which visited Eng. knd in 1878, is T. W. Garrett, who is living near Goulbourn.
