MACHINE-GUNS SWEEP SHIP OVER 200 SOLDIERS KILLED SHANGHAI, Dec. 4 A small Chinese steamer carrying troops, adherents of General Liu-hsiang, was approaching Chungking when soldiers belonging to a rival general opened machine-gun fire on it from the river bank.
