COMPLETION BY CHRISTMAS
[feom our own correspondent]
WHANGAREI. Tuesday
'A tender has been let by the W hangarei Agricultural and Pastoral Society for the erection of a new building to replace the cattle pavilion at Kensington Park, which was destroyed by fire a few months ago.
The building will be on the most modern lines, and from a show point of view an improvement on the previous building. It is closely modelled on the one in use at Hamilton. It will be divided into two sections, one 250 ft. long, and the other 180 ft.
The cost of the new building is £670, Pnd it is expected to be completed by Christmas.
