ROME, Nov. 18 The Court of Appeal has Quashed the sentence on Gialdini in connection with the Hatjy case owing to tho amnesty annulling sentences not exceeding five years. Gialdini, who was associated jwith Clarence Hatry in many of the latter's huge financial undertakings which crashed, was sentenced in Italy to one year's imprisonment.
