OBITUARY
MR. WILLIAM TEDDY

TE AWAMUTU, Saturday
The death' has occurred of Mr. William Teddy, a well-known resident of Te Awamutu. Mr. Teddy, who was a. son of the late Mr. William Teddy, also of Te Awamutu, spent most of his life here. He was a foundation member of the Municipal Band, and had been elected a life member of the Te Awamutu Football Club and the Waipa Rugby Union. Ho was also a member of the* Oddfellows' Lodge. lie went to the war in 1916 and was later invalided home with severe injuries to a leg, which later had to be amputated. Mr. Teddy is survived by his wife and six young children.
