PINKS
The varieties of garden pinks are most valuable for cutting. The flowers are so pure and so sweetly scented that they aie always welcome. The plants are of dwaif habit and most floriferous. They are easily grown and most popular border plants, and are of permanent charac ei\ They are chiefly propagated by seeds and layers. In the older countries pinks aie used for forcing.
