LONDON, Nov. S The Fascist Grand Council is admitting to Fascism all persons " morally and politically worthy," says tho Ptome correspondent of the Times. Already 500.000 people are waiting for admission. The party at present numbers 2,411.000. The decision represents (ho triumph of Fascism, as it abolishes tho party distinction between Fascists and nonFascists.
