OVER £6,000,000 IN YEAR CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE FACTOR (Received November G, 5.5 p.m.) CALCUTTA, Nov. 5 A heavy fall in goods traffic receipts through the economic depression, coupled with the unrest due to the Congress campaign of civil disobedience, resulted in a deficit of £6,075,000 on the Indian railways last year.
