SUCCESS IN BRITAIN - SPEEDY OVER-SUBSCRIPTION British Wireless RUGBY, Nov. 3 The £300,000,000 conversion loan lias been largely over-subscribed. Although the lists had been closed the investors were still able to subscribe through the post ofiices. The success of to-day's issues completed the remarkable refinancing programme which was started a little over lour months ago. The lists were closed 1 hour 35 minutes after being opened.
