Red Racer has carried several sets of colours in hie career «and there will be another change when he goes out to contest the New Zealand Cup to-day. At first he was raced by his breeder. Dr. J. E. Rogers, then by Mrs. D. McLaren and for the last 12 months by Mr. T. Crozier. To-day he will run in the livery of Mr. D. McLaren. PEGAWAY NOW AT EPSOM JOINS F. J. SMITH'S STABLE The promising pacer Pegaway is the latent, addition to the team of the Epsom trot-iing trainer F. J. Smith. lie was brought from Te Awamutu yesterday by his owner, A. Cook. Pegaway lightened up after his hard race at Hamilton last month and has been on the easy list in the meantime. He will be prepared for the summer meetings.
