OLIVES AND CHEESE
This is another way to serve cream cheese as a sandwich. Break up the cheeso with the fork, season with cayenne pepper and salt, add finely-chopped olives and a squeeze of garlic juice. Instead of making a double sandwich, her© you can use small finpers of pastry and spread each finger with the mixture, garnishing with fine slices of pickled onions arranged to overlap one another down the centre.
