REPLENISHMENT PLAN DEMAND FOR £46,000,000 THREE YEARS' PROGRAMME By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received November 1. 8.35 p.m.) TOKIO, Nor. 1 The Navy lias submitted demands for £46,000.000 for a three years' second replenishment plan. This includes two 8500ton cruisers, one 8000-ton aircraft-carrier, seven destroyers and six submarines. Of the total sum £10,000,000 is demanded for aerodromes.
