NEGOTIATIONS WITH WIFE RECONCILIATION EFFORT (Received October 26, 8.35 p.m.) Times Cable LONDON, Oct. 25 The Bucharest correspondent of the Times says that notwithstanding official denials it is generally believed that negotiations for a reconciliation are actually in progress between King Carol and the exQueen Helen. The local press has been forbidden to comment on the matter.
