NITRATE MANUFACTURE
USE OF SEA WATER NORWEGIAN'S DISCOVERY OSLO, Oct, 14 A Norwegian chemist claims to have discovered a method of using sea water instead of carbonate of soda for the manufacture of nitrate. Further secret experiments are proceeding, aimed at cheapening the product in Sweden, which imports carbonate of soda.
