LEAGUE OF MOTHERS

The monthly meeting of the Sandringhnm branch was held in tlio Presbyterian Hall, Balmoral Road. Airs. Gilmour presided over an attendance of 100 members and friends, and welcomed visitors from the Dominion Road, Alount Albert and ATount Eden branches. Dr. Elaine Gurr gave a lecture on "Digestion," illustrated by moving pictures. Mesdames Aldridge, Ford and Alilligan contributed an excellent musical programme. A competition, "Childhood Photographs," caused much amusement and was won by Mrs. 11. Carey, 1; Airs. Bark, 2.
